How much does shipping cost?

Anywhere outside the local NYC area will vary in cost based on our understanding of distance. Please contact our team and we can give you a quote. Shipping invoices are paid through this website. 

 

How heavy are the works of art?

The work ranges in weight, from 50-125lbs. All Stone By Hand designs can be disassembled for transport and placement. Our team will handle the initial delivery & installation, however if you decide to move the piece, please do so with 2 additional persons. 

 

Do I have to pay the full cost up-front?

No. We partner with ShopPay, a popular Shopify service to offer customers the opportunity to make 4, interest-free payments to complete the balance. 

 

How long does shipping or delivery & installation take?

Depending on your location, shipping can take 2-3 weeks. Our team is located just outside Manhattan so local shipping & delivery is expedited. 

  

 Can I use a credit card to purchase?

We accept all major credit and debit cards through our website. We are backed by the popular service Shopify.
